Strawberry Banana Valentine’s Smoothie

Strawberry Banana Valentine’s Smoothie    

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana *
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach (or Kale)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (more or less depending on desired thickness)

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with hemp seeds in the shape of a heart Smoothie Ingredientsand extra strawberries if desired.

* Peel ripe bananas and freeze in pieces in freezer baggies so you always have some ready for smoothies.
