Strawberry Banana Valentine’s Smoothie
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Frozen Banana *
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach (or Kale)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (more or less depending on desired thickness)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with hemp seeds in the shape of a heart and extra strawberries if desired.
* Peel ripe bananas and freeze in pieces in freezer baggies so you always have some ready for smoothies.
