This week I got to catch up with my bestie in Santa Cruz, California. Rachel is the one who pointed out to me years ago that I focus on putting all of these healthy foods into my body, but then smear lotions with chemicals all over my largest organ (my skin).  I took that on and promptly followed her advice to get on a better skincare routine.  I took this opportunity to have her share her story with all of us.
