Super-Antioxidant Smoothie

Check out our new video below with step by step instructions on how to make Rachel’s favorite super-antioxidant smoothie.

Recipe (serves 4 – can be frozen and thawed in the fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning)

  • 2 Bananas
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Acai Packets
  • 1 Apple
  • 16 Baby Carrots (1 Cup Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mang0
  • 1/3 Cup Sunfood Superfood Smoothie Mix
  • 4 Drops Edible Essential Oil (contact Rachel.Inmon@gmail.com for info)
  •  Fill to top with Fresh or Frozen Spinach
  • Fill halfway with Coconut Water
  • Fill the rest with Almond Milk

 

Blend and enjoy! Top with your favorite smoothie toppings (oats, granola, coconut, cacao nibs, chia seeds, almond butter, etc.) if you would like.
