Hands up if you love sweets! πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I’m a chocolate girl myself, but my hubs is an apple pie lover, and we like to eat dessert after dinner (and often after lunch too if I’m being honest…). πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Diet plans that made me stop eating sweets left me sad and I always ended up giving up eventually. 😭

If you like to eat dessert on-the-regular like we do, there’s good news! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»You just have to find some versions that you love that will also help you lose weight. πŸ‘πŸ» This cooked apple (you can bake it or microwave it) with cinnamon is a great example. It’s delish (the apple gets really sweet when it’s cooked and the cinnamon gives it an apple pie vibe) AND it fills you up for about 85 calories! πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Props to my beautiful friend Heather for the simple recipe. πŸ’ž
