I’m just back from a long weekend of eating my way through the best restaurants in Charleston, so this week I am talking about making sure there’s leniency in your lifestyle plan.
For me, this looks like having a healthy, nourishing routine that I love when I’m home, so that I can indulge when I’m traveling.
It also includes not weighing very often, not punishing myself for indulgent choices, and having a support system in place to help me get back on track when I need a bit of extra motivation and accountability.
