Black bean brownies?
I was sceptical too, but you must trust me.
By popular demand, here is the recipe that might change
your life. ; )
The BEST Black Bean Brownies:
-2 rinsed/drained Cans Black Beans
– 1/2 cup Cacao Powder
– 1 cup Rolled Oats
-1/2 tsp salt
– 3/4 cup (real) Maple Syrup
– 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
– 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1 tsp Baking Powder
– 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In food processor, blend all of the ingredients. Once blended well, pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan prepped with non-stick oil. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set.
Once they’ve cooled, slice into 1 in squares and enjoy.
